House blends
No. 01 and on.
A numbered line. Open one blend at a time — its story, its notes, and where to pour it. The same number goes into recycled glass or a vessel we saved.
Leather · Juniper · Cashmere
There's no sign on the door, just a brass handle worn smooth and a password nobody told you. Inside, the room glows the color of old whiskey: low lamps, a leather booth with the crease in exactly the right place, and a trio playing just loud enough to cover a secret.

It opens bright and a little dangerous: orange peel, cracked black peppercorn and a thread of saffron, like a match struck at the bar. Then the room settles in around you with violet and sage, a cool breath of pine off someone's coat, and the warm hum of amber.
Late in the night it turns to leather and juniper, the gin in your glass and the chair you sank into, wrapped in cashmere-soft musk and a powdery finish that lingers like the last song of the set. Whatever's said in this room stays in this room.
Light it when the dishes are done, the phones are face-down, and the good bottle is open.
