Not your vessel?
If a reclaimed candle is unused and unburned, return or exchange it within 14 days. The variation is intentional. A mismatch still shouldn’t strand you with it. This is not the empty-jar credit.

Questions
- Which jars earn credit?
- Empty vessels we can inspect and use again, starting with reclaimed glass. A cracked jar, or one we can’t clean, does not. The recycled jar can go back into glass recycling; credit is for a vessel we can pour again.
- How much is the credit?
- Not set. It will be store credit toward another candle, not cash. The number will be published here before the program takes jars.
- What if the reclaimed vessel isn’t yours?
- If the candle is unused and unburned, return or exchange it within 14 days. That is separate from the empty-jar credit.
- Can I mail a jar back?
- Mail returns are coming. They are not open on this preview. Baltimore drop-off is the first door.
